Keisha Finkley, known as "Ms. Z," is the main host of MKi Radio. With an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Southwest Tennessee Community College, she brings a unique understanding of human behavior and communication to every broadcast.

Lamont brings his background in chemistry education and instructional design to MKi's Products & Services AlphaNode. With a Master's in Educational Technology, he creates innovative e-learning experiences on the Conversations pathway.

In addition to being a valued member of MKi's E-Learning Content Creation team, Ellaha is a full-time teacher who gets to share her love of English every day, and truly shines in the classroom. Ellaha's inherent ability to bring creativity and clarity to the classroom has carried over beautifully into our E-Learning programs, where she continues to make learning engaging and approachable.

Ellaha earned her bachelor's degree in English from Stony Brook University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Secondary Education at Arizona State University. Always eager to learn and grow, she joined our team to expand her skills within a holistic educational framework and to help create engaging learning materials that support those interested in building and marketing their businesses.

When she's not teaching or creating new learning materials, she enjoys reading and writing and has a special admiration for the works of Mary Oliver. Words from the literary classics tend to stick with her too. Fun fact: she can recite just about any Roald Dahl book from memory.

Mansib serves as MKi's Google Workspace Specialist and leads the Information Technology AlphaNode. He focuses on leveraging technology to enhance operations across all pathways through AI integration and automation.

His technical skills help businesses streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate tools seamlessly. Mansib specializes in creating tech solutions that reduce operational friction while increasing team efficiency.
